What I'm working on right now: backend build system improvements to Kebab Tax, and the unglamorous fleet plumbing (Claude-as-PR-reviewer, autonomous tech-debt PRs, shared workflows across a dozen repos, security hardening on all of it) that makes everything else cheaper. Reliquarist is next.

Site migration and rebuild for obstacle racing champion and ultrarunner Amelia Boone. Consolidating a WordPress archive (125 posts, 2011–2023) and an active Substack into a single Astro-based site.

T&J Cleaning Web

Night Owl Studio, LLC — 2025

A Spokane-area residential cleaning service with four years in business and a 4.9-star Thumbtack rating, but no web presence. Built them a clean, fast, single-page site with a contact form and photo gallery, replacing a Thumbtack listing that charged them for every inquiry whether it converted or not.

    Nightly tech-debt scheduler. Picks a repo, picks a backlog item tagged tech-debt, runs Claude on it in a clean checkout, opens a PR. Bin-packs by estimated cost so one slow repo can't starve the others.

    Model Context Protocol server that lets Claude Code read and post to Slack.

    A marketplace of Claude Code CLI plugins.

  • nightowlstudiollc/networth-agent

    AI-assisted net worth tracker. Pulls account balances via Plaid, logs them, and lets Claude reason over the history.

    Automated setup framework for Apple Silicon Mac Minis as media servers: native macOS apps, per-user SMB mounting, security hardening. Shares deployment tooling with mac-dev-server-setup.

  • swift-progress-indicator

    Lightweight native macOS progress indicator that reads log files in real time. No special permissions, no UX crimes.

  • lock-sync

    Auto-locks Synergy-connected Mac clients when the server locks. Closes a gap KVM software left open.

  • archive-resolver

    macOS DNS resolver override for archive.today.

  • nightowlstudiollc/vpn-lan-bridge

    Maintains local network connectivity when your VPN captures the default route and otherwise hides the LAN from you.

    Unified dotfiles. Mostly so I can stand up a new Mac fast.

    A visualization of early and late snowfall in Spokane. Mostly an excuse to play with the data.

Interview Projects

Complex take-home projects from a 2024 job search. Both companies ended contact without explanation after multiple interview rounds. Leaving these public in case they're useful to anyone in a similar situation.
